At this time, most items only ship to the United States and Canada. However, we do have select items that can be purchased and shipped to Europe and elsewhere. Just email us and we can try to accomodate you. Each of these items will be noted in the description. If it is not, please email us and we will follow up within 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have a STRICT Privacy Policy. Starlooks Boutique upholds to your privacy. We take great care in all aspects of our customer service—especially in guarding your information. In summary, Starlooks Boutique:

Processing Time:
This depends on the product you purchase & if it is personalized or not or custom-made. Customized/personalized items will usually take 2-4 weeks. Others usually take 2-3 days to process order and 7-10 days standard shipping, dependent on location. If you need your order rushed or need to know exact time for shipment please email us or notate it in comments box during check-out.
Shipping:
Starlooks utilizes many different shipping options. Items that are drop-shipped (come directly from the manufacturer) are usually limited to their shipping methods, usually UPS/Fed Ex Ground or USPS. Please make sure every detail (address, personalization details, etc.) is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for a package being sent to the wrong address or a wrongly spelled personalized item.
Please note that shipping to AK & HI is more expensive and some items may require additional s/h costs. Please email us before placing your order. Thank you.
Most items are delivered with a tracking # and are always usually insured for your protection.
If there is something that needs to be rush-ordered, please notify us immediately so that we may accomodate your needs.
Payments & Security/Secure check-out:
We have four payment options. You may checkout using our 100% secure check-out system (you will see the “s” after http in the url box) or you can utilize Google Checkout. You may also send a payment via Paypal or a USPS Money Order.

Return Policy
Return items within 30 days of purchase date. Returns for a full refund are accepted if item(s) purchased have manufacturer defects (unless otherwise noted in item description). Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items cannot be returned due to their customization.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with items purchased, you can return it within 14 days from purchase date for store credit or refund, less shipping & handling costs, (unless otherwise noted in item description). Items must be in same condition as they were sent, i.e., brand new and/or sealed. If you have questions about this policy please contact us.
